OUR HIGHLIGHTS
We train children in the practical life area which is one of the four general areas in the prepared environment of Montessori. We build on the child's natural interest and help him develop good work habits, concentration, eye-hand coordination, a lengthened attention span and control of his body.
- We help children to function in their own environment and find a place in their world and culture.
- We create a great sense of pride and build self- confidence in them.
- We develop care of the environment, grace and courtesy in children.
- We help the children to more complicated work,refine their fine motor skills through repetitions.
- We build children's concentration, coordination, order and independence enabling them to master other Montessori curriculum areas.
- Sensorial exercise demonstrate an introduction to Maths sorting objects and textures, matching colours, matching same objects and tastes and smell.
- We build a foundation to believe in themselves to do future skills and succeed in other areas of the Montessori curriculum such as Sensorial, Language and Maths and Culture.
